Littorai is headed to Boston, and we are excited to share an evening of food and wine at Bistro du Midi.
Bistro du Midi brings a distinctly French sensibility to Boston’s Back Bay, with a focus on refined technique and seasonal products in a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
Our National Sales Manager, Elane Wood, will be hosting the dinner, guiding guests through the wines and sharing stories from the vineyards along the way. The 5-course menu highlights some truly beautiful ingredients, including Kumamoto oyster with caviar, yellowtail crudo brightened with cucumber and strawberry, saffron tagliatelle with Manila clams and uni, and Liberty Farms duck breast with foie gras and spring vegetables. Each course will be paired with a selection of Littorai wines, from our Charles Heintz Vineyard Chardonnay to a lineup of single vineyard Pinot Noirs, including both current releases and thoughtfully cellared older vintages of Cerise Vineyard.
