Terms of Service
I authorize Littorai Wines to automatically bill my credit card at least one month prior to the shipment of my wines. I understand that I will automatically receive the next installment of my subscription unless I request otherwise. Exact cost will vary according to the individual wines selected for the specific shipment. Applicable shipping and taxes will be added to the wine prices. If I chose to pick up from Littorai, I have 30 days from billing to take delivery of the wine. After 30 days, Littorai reserves the right to ship the selections to the address that I have provided, using the credit card on file to cover shipping and taxes. I understand that by law, it is necessary to have a person 21 years of age or older to sign for the shipment. I understand that my subscription(s) must be cancelled 30 days prior to the next scheduled shipment by contacting Littorai Wines in writing or via email. Your subscription is not cancelled until you receive a confirmation of cancellation from Littorai.
