The length of time on the waitlist depends on the number of members who cancel and your position on the list. Typically, the wait ranges from six months to a year.
We will email you when an opening becomes available. You must formally accept the opening for your membership to begin. If we are unable to get a hold of you, your position on the waitlist may be forfeited.

Each 6-bottle allocation is priced on the individual prices of the wines included, generally in the $80 to $115 per bottle range. There is no fee to join or cancel membership.

Membership includes two 6-bottle shipments per year:
Winter allocation: billed in January, shipped in late March
Fall allocation: billed in August, shipped in late October

Each allocation is thoughtfully selected by our winemaker and is not customizable. Members may, however, switch between our Coastal and Pinot Noir Collections at any time.
For those who prefer to choose individual wines, our Winter and Fall mailing list releases offer the flexibility to purchase a la carte from the wines available to you.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time and there is no fee to cancel.
Active members receive an email reminder at least 5 days before each billing date. Members may cancel their membership at any time up to the day before billing. After that time, members are responsible for the allocation.
Cancellations must be submitted by either self-cancelling in your account, emailing us, or calling us.

Members are able to skip one shipment every 18 months.

Yes. Your delivery address will be included in the notification email sent prior to billing each allocation and again before the allocation ships, giving you an opportunity to make any updates.
If you alternate between two residences, simply email us with the windows that you’ll be at each residence and we’ll make note in your account.

There is not an option to pick up orders at the winery. All of our finished wines are stored safely offsite in a temperature-controlled facility in Napa.

Active Vintner’s Collection members receive complimentary visits for up to six guests once their first allocation has been billed.
