Join us in welcoming in the holiday season for an intimate dinner at Acquerello, a two-Michelin star restaurant featuring unparalleled Italian fine-dining. Acquerello has invited us to participate in their Winemaker Series, hosted by Proprietor Heidi Lemon and National Sales Manager, Elane Wood.
We are honored to share a selection of Vineyard Designated Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs from our library to perfectly accompany each dish. The evening will begin with a standing reception at 6:30pm followed by dinner at 7:00pm. There is a wide range of wines to choose from, perhaps too many to enjoy in one evening, so for this first dinner, we will focus on the Mays Canyon Chardonnay and two different Anderson Valley Pinot Noirs before enjoying cheese with our extremely rare Chenin Blanc to conclude the meal.
The menu is created to pair specifically with these wines, so please notify Acquerello in advance of any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
